These are the terms and conditions for using the viewfinder service

Viewfinder Service

This service manages photos based on Google Maps and the location where the photo was taken.
This service was created with the purpose of providing users with the location and time when they took photos, camera shooting information, etc., so that users can share various landscapes that can be found in different parts of the world and photo shooting setting information.
Anyone can use this service.

Service Usage Policy

Users who use this service are deemed to agree to this service usage policy and provision and use of personal information.
a. Member
- Members of this service can directly register and manage their photos. (Can be set to public or private)
- Among the publicly registered photos, if a photo that is inappropriate for the purpose of this service is registered and causes inconvenience to other users or if a photo that does not fit the purpose of using the service is registered, the system administrator may delete the photo without notice.
- If a member causes a stir in the use of the service by publicly posting multiple or repeatedly inappropriate photos, the system administrator may delete the member's account and postings without notice.
- If it is confirmed that the content has been registered by stealing a photo post other than the photo post of the author, the system administrator may delete the photo without notice.
- Photos registered by members are provided with somewhat lower image quality for the purpose of providing smooth service and reducing costs, and members can download the original photos of the photos they registered at any time within this service.
- This service may limit the number of photos that can be registered for each member in the future due to system management and maintenance costs.
b. Non-members
- Non-members cannot directly register and manage their photos, but all other functions can be used in the same way as members.

Privacy

This service collects and utilizes the minimum amount of personal information necessary to provide the purpose and basic functions of the service.
a. Location information
- This service requires the user's current location information to display the user's current location on the map. (optional, not recorded)
- This service extracts, records, and utilizes location information from the photo files registered by the user in order to display the location of the photo registered by the user on a map. (If the file contains location information)
- ※ If location information does not exist in the photo file, the location specified by the user is recorded and utilized.
b. Time information
- This service extracts, records, and utilizes information on the time the photo was taken from the photo file registered by the user in order to provide information on the shooting time of the photo registered by the user. (If the file contains shooting time information)
- This service extracts and utilizes the user's time zone information to provide sunrise/sunset information on the map. (not recorded)
c. Photo taking information
- This service extracts, records, and utilizes photo shooting information (metadata) from photo files registered by users in order to provide shooting information (metadata) of photos registered by users. (If the file contains photo shooting information)
d. Account Information
- This service receives, records, and manages the member's email information when registering for member identification and authentication, and uses it for member verification purposes. (Not provided to third parties)
- This service encrypts, records, and manages the password that a member enters when registering an account with this service to authenticate the member's login, and uses it for member verification purposes.
e. Connection IP information
- This service collects and records user IP information for system management and monitoring. (Not provided to third parties)
